When will my holiday decor order ship?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During the peak holiday season (November and December), please allow up to 4 business days for shipment notification.

What is your return policy for seasonal items?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. However, due to the seasonal nature of our products, returns for Christmas-themed items must be initiated by December 20th to be eligible for a full refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Christmas In America ships exclusively within the United States and Canada to ensure timely delivery of fragile ornaments and home decor.

Are your outdoor light displays weather-resistant?

Yes, all products listed in our Outdoor Collection are UL-rated and specifically designed to withstand rain, snow, and freezing temperatures.

What should I do if my ornaments arrive damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives broken, please email our support team with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.

Do you offer bulk discounts for commercial displays?

We do offer special pricing for businesses, churches, and community organizations purchasing in large quantities. Please contact our sales department for a custom quote.
